Refund Policy (30-day returns):

30-Day Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To start a return, contact us at organizenest@casoraandco.com with your order number. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a full refund or free replacement.

Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions
Final sale items, gift cards, and personal care products are not eligible for return.
